Dowpharma^SM has significant pilot-scale production capacity, including multiple 75 liter and 1500 liter bioreactors available for our customers. All bioreactors are computer-controlled and networked with our 20 liter bioreactors, which aids in the seamless scale-up of your process. Dowpharma’s extensive online analytical instrumentation allows us to completely characterize fermentation processes on a real-time basis. Our pilot production facility also includes a full range of compatible purification equipment paired with 20, 75, and 1500 liter bioreactors, including chromatography and ultrafiltration skids. This arrangement enables us to quickly and predictably move your process to the 1500 liter scale, then to cGMP manufacturing.
